Yes. Every team member is fully background-checked and professionally trained, and the company is fully insured. We work in some of the most discerning homes in the GTA. Discretion, professionalism, and respect for your home are non-negotiable on every visit.
Estate members receive same-day priority booking. Residence members receive priority booking within 48 hours. Legacy members have emergency response priority included. All consultation requests receive a personal reply within one business day.
Yes. Cottage opening and closing is included in our seasonal preparation services, and Legacy members have cottage care included as part of their annual program. We handle everything from winterising your property in the fall to having it fully prepared for your arrival in the spring.
